第一屆杉林溪森林馬拉松辦得水準之上,雖然賽程規畫從杉林溪至溪頭往返,從一路下坡抵溪頭後又一路上坡,高度差逾600m,真的很硬,但跑在千餘公尺的溪杉公路上,氣溫適宜,氛多精充斥身旁,跑感非常舒適,尤其跑到溪頭折返點22.5km路程中未進補給點,僅發2時20餘分即告完成,但回程就十分艱辛;這次補給中規中矩,後勤補給充裕,但車輛管制不好,少部分賽道路面破碎凹陷,有安全顧慮,整體評價中上,值得下回再嚐試~ 賽前宣言: 完賽! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
