平時不太練坡道,這場就顯出問題來了...
剛開始 10K 還能跟著團長跑,可是想到 20K 後的兩段陡坡怕會爆掉,就決定不跟了;
但是真正上坡沒多久,還是展開了跑走模式,尤其是 25K 折返點那段走了快一公里,之後的小坡也都是跑跑走走,不知道是後段天氣太熱還是心肺太差,一上坡就喘,腳酸倒還好,最後兩公里為了保 430,還能飆出 5 分速,看來前面真是走太多了 XD
