個人第四馬,芝加哥馬拉松。
芝加哥馬果然是歷史悠久的世界六大馬拉松之一,動線安排佳,行經芝加哥各區,得以欣賞市區的建築群;補給站頻繁;加油群眾多。
老實說,能夠完賽連我自己都覺得很不可思議XDDD
腳踝扭傷休息了四個禮拜,賽前只練跑兩次(11Km, 12Km),腳踝也沒完全復原,穿了護踝跑步。跑到最後五公里超級痛苦,左腳腳踝、右腳阿基里斯腱出狀況,都是新傷,非常痠痛,果然關節無法承受長時間衝擊。
世界六大馬拉松完成了兩個,Keep running!
賽前宣言: 賽前六週扭傷腳踝,這次慢慢跑,目標完賽,更重要的是享受比賽啦!!!
