本來一開始是給自己設定430的....
(太妄想了)
30k的撞牆期沒碰到,反而在35k就開始腳痛了,跑走跑走緩解,沒想到36k腳就罷工了,膝蓋一彎就痛了...😭😭😭
後段只能用走的了...
後來好多人超過我,心裡真的好不甘心!
明明就不累,但腳好痛跑不起來...😟
看起來體力跑全馬應該是夠了
但...腳的力量可能還不夠😰
