賽前預定今天做為30km配速練習,目標為兩週後的單車國道。
前面9km幫陳甫配速,希望他今天順利挑戰半馬90分的目標,雖然里程數不足,但也恭喜他89分完賽,真的進步了。
10km~30km 跟清水岩蔣兄並肩跑著,總排名次也一路從總七爬升至總三,過鳳山水庫後,原本打算直接加速追上前導車,但蔣兄表示降點速度跑好了,觀察蔣兄心跳及呼吸明顯變亂了,於是就降速繼續跑著。
到了30km既定里程,直接進入休息模式,禮拜二的菜單很硬,今天沒休,肯定吃不下。
恭喜蔣兄最後獲得總三的好成績,有人問我,為什麼沒堅持跑下去? 後面降速進終點也還有總排,不覺得可惜嗎?
其實不知道別人在幫我可惜什麼?
老實講,後面還留有餘力可以開,只是這樣後天的菜單就吃不下,名次這種東西其實一點也不重要。
平常能上凸台的成績,放到富邦馬、萬金石,甚至是東京馬或柏林馬,能代表什麼?
紮實的一場入魂,就夠了,至少我是這樣想的。
