第二次台南秋季馬
上次參加台南秋季馬的半馬,這次挑戰全馬,雖然路線幾乎都不同,但唯一不變的是山路還是一樣多。
起跑時22度還蠻舒適的,跑感也還不錯,雖然是上上下下的丘陵地形,但速度還能穩定維持在4:50 mins/km上下,前半馬100分鐘左右完成。
快到半馬之前追過女總一,因為綁辮子跑的關係,被前導車誤認為女跑者,在旁邊跟了好幾公里,之後可能看到我的鬍渣才默默離去⋯⋯
30km之後進入平路段,但是太陽也越來越熱情,本來想拼一下200分鐘的,可惜肌耐力不足,大腿一直有快要抽筋的感覺,最後5km掉速掉到5:15 mins/km之外,心雖然沒有放棄,但腳完全不想跟隨,最後3:25:11回來。分組獎金只發前三名,分六只拿到一匹拼布馬!雖然小破pb,但還有進步空間!
