近四完賽,有符合預期。
15K後田中馬拉傷的左小腿又有微微痛感,還好賽前先貼了酸痛貼布,減緩痛楚。
32K剛好3小時,可惜最終體力下滑,敵不過太陽公公。守不住最後10K,無力破四。
Anyway, 還是努力冰敷偶的左小腿比較重要!!
