背水袋的LSD
雖然是陰天,可是流了好多汗,不知是不是感冒剛好,體能還未恢復完全。
錯估流汗的情況,水袋裡裝的都是水,也許是沒有補充鹽巴或電解質,小腿一直緊緊的,快要抽筋的感覺,跑到後來超累的。 跑長途的還是要帶運動飲料比較安全!
