今天參加曾文水庫馬拉松的活動,這是一場很傳統、舉辦最多屆的路跑賽事,路線風景優美、空氣清新、補給中規中矩, 但這坡度還是有點挑戰性、沒有三兩三就來報名的話,只有抽筋回去的份,但光是跑在這美好的湖光山色,曾文水庫馬拉松還是非常值得參加的賽事。
路線從南區水資局前往大壩的方向前進,上大壩之後再往前至風吹嶺約10K左右的折返點,來回乘以2,所以最吃力的算是在第二次要上大壩的20K至30K左右,是肌耐力的考驗,我經過第二次上坡的摧殘,最後12K雖是下坡的路段,但腳已快抽筋了,只能用跑走方式來前進,最後總算有保住5小時內完成!!
