今天是我第三馬兼初超馬
明年就要跳組,想趁跳組前拼個分8
查了去年分8時間為04:58:25
當下覺得還蠻快的,賽前真是讓我有點沒把握破去年分8時間。
今天蘆慢夥伴一共4位登場100KM賽事,12位參與50KM
原先打算前30K都用5分50秒~6分配速
結果只有第一K符合,真的很感謝有夥伴們在場
2K先跟上瑞妮~3K多開始與小齊哥、育維哥、雨晴姐形成四人集團,20K的補給站似乎是我先出站,一時頓失兔子就仰賴自己憑著感覺完賽,沿途有夥伴們加油打氣真的很棒~
有幾次被加油時都在恍神中...一聽到就活了過來 ^_<
最終順利的無傷平安完賽,而且這成績也隱含平路全馬PB,根據大會時間40K為03:36:05,以及最後50K為04:26:56,推算42.195K為03:47:15
我總算是有進入Sub4了~~~好~感~動~!!!
雨晴姐賽前估的很準,看好我4小時半
結果差不多耶~(笑)
最後如所願的取得分8以內
賽後有大家幸福的賽後補給時光
還有泡湯
