又把上周才在阿公店創下的PB,往前推進一分多鐘,以3小時26分49秒完賽, 阿公店距離約少了500公尺,這場約多了500公尺,所以純度非常高。這兩場前一晚心情都有些down,都睡不著,但一點多睡著後,至少還睡得不錯,但沒想到卻都能破PB。
這場皆破個人十公里,半馬及全馬最佳紀錄,前面兩小時就跑了二十六公里,時速十三公里,短時間內應該很難再跑出這樣的成績。
以前看到別人跑三個多小時,兩個多小時,都認為別人有這種天份,從來沒想過他們是經過多少練習才能這樣,過去我練跑非常少,其實現在也不多,不練習怎麼可能有好成績呢?波士頓馬拉松我現在年紀要三小時10分內才能參賽,過去想都沒想過的夢想,現在覺得也不無可能,但還要更多得練習。
