生理期,前5k跑完肚子就不太舒服了,15K後,補給站完後就跑不起來了,又想棄賽了,才一稍停就聽到志恆跟上的聲音了,他要我放慢一些試著跑跑看,不要停,一停就會再也不想跑了⋯
於是慢慢跟著他的腳步,邊跑邊喇低賽,不知不覺竟來到折返了,真是神奇,跟他說再慢一點等老爺刷過來後一起歡樂跑,折返時大約差距不到500m,可是一直等不到老爺來⋯
志恆一直在旁邊幫我心理建設,說我們跑到35K後就可以用走的了,跑到27K時又說,現在只剩下2個7K了,我們跑完7K走500m,二趟就結束了⋯
跑著跑著终於到35K了,說好的用走的呢?最後7K還加速,我提醒他慢一點不要刷過前面的女生了,這樣不太好,如果刷過了等一下停下來走就會有點尷尬,
跑著跑著終於到最後1K的補給站了,志恆說妳還要補啊!當然囉!每一站都不能放過⋯
感謝志恆今天一路的陪跑、加油打氣。今天若沒有碰到他,應該已經棄賽了吧!又賺到了一馬和一隻雞,真好!
