2015的第一場馬拉松-泰雅馬,
這場山路馬好硬抖,
一出發2k,右大小腿酸硬感還殘留(集集馬),
只能看著 蔡協承,一直向前衝,他真的配@4:10 ~ > <
這場本來的目標就是設定月底鎮西堡前哨站,
本想用90%輸出,但 陳順天說~~
如果,協承, 李俊昌,我都上台要辦一桌,
跑著跑著就99%輸出了,
但,很怕右大小腿抽筋,心跳過高時,會降檔,
調整配速和呼吸節奏,
就這樣順利進終點~!
結果2015年第一場就上凸台了~!
