初馬-2015屏東高樹蜜鄉國際馬拉松:前24K均速維持在5分內,24~35落在5分多,但35後兩腳僵硬無力掉至6分速,最後2K迴光返照,重回5分速,是肌樂的功勞,感覺肌樂可以消除腳部疲勞,迅速有效。
VT42,跟半馬51比起來差許多,若前25K再降低配速,均速會更快嗎?
