「沒有午跑,不知是不是錯誤的決定?」但,影響到我的正常作息流程卻是不爭的事實。那,我究竟是否該夜跑呢?犧牲去外面閒晃外加啃書的時間...
想了想,還是去跑!主要是為了聽新買的詩歌,為了了解自己是否有「克制慾望」的能力。於是我跑到住家附近的學校走廊跑。跑了56圈,18K多。
很枯燥,很單調,繞到頭快暈,試著跑環校步道,因雨還是作罷!死了心繼續的繞啊繞,繞到最後,差點乾脆繞個半馬起來。
跑完的心情仍是舒暢!也許,我的選擇是對的!應該是對的!
