| 渣打馬因疫情嚴峻被取消,牙醫盃成了新春第一跑。與自游跑伙伴凌晨4點雨天中出發前往好山好水的宜蘭蘇澳。
還好上天給了跑馬的好天氣,雨量變小,路線又沿海邊及冬山河跑,景色優美氣候涼爽,跑起來舒服。前半馬速度維持在5分~5分半之間,尚可游刄有餘。
回程補給站喝了一罐無洒精的小海,感覺整個肚子都是氣,感覺不太舒服,怎跟金牌台啤差那麼多。只能慢走一小段來舒緩消消氣,還好後面的補給站仍有金啤可喝。35K時剛好來到"矮古兄"交待大嫂在補給站特別準備沁涼的金啤私補。喝飽吃足就跑不動了,拼4小時有點勉強,就設定4個半小時完賽即可。
