| “分組二”名次不錯看,但是成績不理想,跑完全馬後雙腳四頭肌及小腿4位”兄弟”陸續抽筋,速度一拉快,立馬團結各自成一糰,這場是我跑馬以來跑的最痛苦的一場,還好有小賴的相互加油打氣,也是第一次跑跑走走&拉筋,太早抽筋,真的沒把握能完賽:
快撐不住的時候,可以對自己說聲”我好累.好累”
但永遠不要在心理承認”我不行.我不行”
再長的路一步一步也能走完,
再短的路不邁開雙腳也無法到達
完賽當下有點小小的激動.
