冬山河後一直處於膝蓋時好時壞的狀況,沒啥機會練LSD 就是後半段大爆炸了
參賽前身體狀況就不好,星期六還刮痧弄得整個背跟脖子都是黑紫色。比賽當天早上太陽又好大(說好的陰天呢? >"<)
然後第一次穿新鞋跑全馬,一直覺的右腳大拇指不是很舒服,跑完後才知道原來磨了一個大水泡......
總結就是練不夠,賽前身體狀況也沒調整好,勉強達到低標64圈就下課了
