跑前一晚貪杯喝多了,宿醉中坐上最後一班接駁車到會場,匆忙寄物2個轉換袋都沒用到。5點還有點"茫"中起跑,為了想要早點酒醒,起跑後就加速流汗來排洩體內的酒氣,前幾個補給站的甘蔗汁更是醒酒的好幫手。前20公里到天龍飯店前左腳大拇指挖了3次地瓜,還好都沒見紅。第一次感覺有點"麻&痛",第二次在隧道內"痛大於麻",第三次停到路邊真的"痛、痛、痛、痛、痛…"。
經過4個多小時,直到37K摩天補幾站喝了一瓶"馬力夯"、2晚熱粥,冷水洗把臉再蹲個廁所,終於有酒醒的感覺。離預估6.5小時要到54K折返點的進度已有些落後,休息過後逐漸開始追趕進度,到50K折返點剛好6.5小時;補充水後不敢多耽擱繼續去程最挑戰的4K陡上坡,到向陽派出所54K折返點費時7小時13分,預估回程下坡應該可以追回一些時間在14小時內完成賽事。
覺得時間尚可,下坡就維持在6分半左右速度,輕鬆穩定省力的T下山,沿途欣賞南橫崇山峻嶺風光,雲霧幻化、氣象萬千;讓山靈清風洗滌滿身的疲憊。回到摩天再吃2碗一輩子都會懷念的美味熱鹹粥。剩37K路程想用更輕鬆省力的方式T下山,開始練習用鼻子吸吐的"微笑7分速度"來舒緩腳底的敏感度,有時還找草地讓腳底舒服一下。
過新武剩10K,滿100K時看錶共使用12小時37分,剩最後的8K感覺才是磨人的試煉,也嚐試跨過百K的里程是啥滋味。因下坡節力控管還可以,沒有暴衝。暮色漸起,回程還有約2K左右上坡還能續跑,最後5K還是稍有關門壓力,馬拉松錶又沒電了,只能一路衝速奔回終點13小時46分完賽。 賽前宣言: 赤足大四喜百K超馬~南~橫
