今天幫人代跑順便衝一下跑量,到劍潭捷運站搭接駁車過去會場,好方便啊!!
到達會場有貼紮體驗,讓專業的貼一下小腿,今天又是全馬跑完接著跑半馬中間都沒有跑,最近真是太怠惰了,今天一早天氣還不算熱,但是沒有風....到了10k碰到跑全馬的北哥把我刷卡了,果然沒練真的是有差到了15k身體已經有點疲倦了,速度降下來了,國道大體來說算很好跑,但是跑全馬就好單調,要跑兩趟...但是補給很方便不怕東西不夠!
還是要多練速度或tempo,不然就是要跑山練肌耐力,對成績還算可以接受,看到garmin的手錶心律顯示好心動,XT的定位很準美中不足就是心律的數據不是很準,但是還是要向趙哥說的要練才可以發揮錶的價值,不然一支錶貴森森沒用到就浪費了!!
