五點驚醒直接從三峽殺去台北
所以這次心跳帶忘了上也沒吃早餐沒上廁所
什麼都沒準備好就上國道
一開始速度一直快不起來停在五分半速至六分速
來到16K處體力開始下滑開始有想用走的念頭
因為這次離目標差了一大節
就抱著來玩賽心態慢慢跑
離終點前500M竟然還有個補給站
就給它每樣東西都吃一下再衝回終點
