苗栗turtlest 苗栗turtlest 恭喜跑友初馬高速完賽! 前半段的配速都還在自己的預期中,沒想到撞牆期提前在27~32K左右出現,之後勉強恢復接近自己預設的配速,想說應該可以OK完賽了,結果36K右腳開始抽筋,38K後左腳也來抽了,這還是我跑全馬來第一次腳抽筋,還好最後一個補給站有肌樂,噴了之後最後2K還能以6分速前進,再加上今天的全馬路線少了2K,得以順利完賽,看來我還有的練。
