這場完全就是考驗自己,
很感謝有朋友一起歡樂跑,
才有辦法渡過這場硬戰。
沒有配速計畫只有無傷完賽,
下坡速度比較快,心率保持高高的~
上坡時感覺自己前腳掌有水泡感,
朋友鼓勵說用走的沒關係!
有坡就走遇到平路就跑概念,
就這樣順順推完山路馬,
自己驗證實際練跑不足,
還是要繼續加油與成長,
