今天會完成一馬好像是天意一樣,剛開始本決定不要跑了,但後來已開跑3分鐘,突然想說試試看好了,就起跑了,覺得腳有點不舒服,本來想繞一圈,再回帳篷,但旁邊突然有個人遲到,所以就聊了一下,所以就錯過繞一圈回去了,那就跑28公里好了...折回來,衣服溼得很誇張,越來越重,所以就換一件衣服,想想其實也剩下不到14公里了,還有3個小時,隨便也跑得完,所以就繼續跑了,只是沿途跑得很累,倒不是因為腳受傷,而是體能不佳...下星期要跑北港,也是今夏最後一場了...再來就等9月了,在這三個月的時間,希望能好好鍜練一下...
