又悶又熱的北港馬,低跑量又欠缺LSD訓練,起速被人潮帶得過快,但是心肺與步頻節奏還OK,就決定以5分內配速跟自己跑,全程以不掉速為原則,最後能以328達成目標,覺得完成了不可能的任務,感謝馬祖娘娘的保佑。
