很累 覺的比跑五棟桃還要累
好多坡!到35k 還在爬坡
延路抽了4次 30k 後下坡一定抽
跑到真的有點懷疑人生...
不過很有收獲
跑完頓時覺的自己又茁壯了一點....YA...
高興...
賽後評分: 1.補給建議:補給站多,這點不錯,但請下次提供些鹽糖,上下坡這麽多,真的需要 ....抽筋很痛的...
2.標示建議:跑道上有少許交岔路口,沒有指示牌,這點希望能改進,以方便像我這種第一次跑觀音山,在前面沒人之下,不用去思考要往左,還是往右,跑過去了,還要看看有沒人跟上來,會不會跑錯路 ..
3.大體上還是不錯的,感謝主辦單位的用心,謝謝!肌樂噴了不少,可樂喝了很多,感謝...
