今天是長跑的初體驗,從水上跑到關仔嶺,來回跑了一個全馬,也是人生第一次跑全馬,一路上有很多上坡,剛開始還信心滿滿是一尾活龍,豈料到了三十公里處,腳開始要抽筋了,補給了一根小香蕉,開始下坡又猛了六公里,三十七公里處腳又開始不聽使喚,體力也急速下降,我爆掉了只好走走跑跑,三十九公里處一跑腳就要抽筋了,這是我的極限了,最後三公里只好走回去,經過這一次,終於知道什麼是長跑,我之前跑半馬只能算中距離,也知道了我和跑友的差距,今天讓我跨入長跑的領域,獲益良多,值得紀念。
