大阪馬拉松: 這次不以配速為主 而是看心率 前半馬都未達 156 到後半馬也沒有都都達到預計的163 (30k)167 (35k)和 173(40k)
只能說大阪馬的氣候太適合跑步了
最後我的錶雖然很快樂 但是達到 sub4 的目標了 開心!!
