| 清晨坐朋友的車到礁溪進行配速任務,宜蘭的冬天應該是雨不停的,但老天給力,今天給了我們好天氣,之前雖然參加過礁溪全馬的配速,但今天的天氣卻反而不好跑,太熱而且往櫻花陵園那一段的恐怖7公里純上坡,身為配速員不能像一般跑者用走的,所以超累人。
比賽前半馬不少人跟著我們一起跑,還有一對海軍陸戰隊的弟弟妹妹今天初馬,一路上大家說說笑笑很開心,本想帶他們完成初馬,但恐怖上坡他們只能用走的,就此失散,希望他們能在5小時內完賽。
7公里的恐怖上坡接著是5公里的陡下坡,考驗跑者的肌力,也考驗配速員的功力,幸好順利完成任務,賽後免費的溫泉也因為太熱而放棄去享受 賽後評分: 風景超讚,但路線太硬 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
