許久沒跑半馬,為環跑日月潭逐步拉長里程,達成半馬即環潭跑準備完成。順便跑個網路賽,晴天但非常意外風狂吹,連風衣都穿到7公里後才脫,找閃風處跑,到18公里較晚再穿上。真是太久沒長距離,起步有些拉太快,末段無法加速及速度搖擺!非主跑項目,偶而玩玩,下周日月潭!
