全馬半馬擠在一起跑,左閃右閃一分鐘後才比較好跑了,過9k拿第一條能量膠發現撕不開,停在路邊也沒辦法,浪費了30秒,算了,下一站再拿新的好了,之後吃別牌的膠就正常了,前12k跑一小時左右,居然比單純跑12k比賽還快2分鐘,前半馬也比我的半馬PB還快一點,這是”人來瘋”的跑法嗎?
30K時看了均速預估339完賽,但是別高興地太早,無奈感覺腳的肌肉越來越緊,然後就不定時的抽筋,此時連手也抽筋,最後5 k 兩支小腿輪流抽抽樂,路邊排除無效,乾脆就讓它邊抽邊跑回終點,最後成績只破了30秒,以後會比較好破PB!
賽後評分: 寄物區擠成一團,全馬半馬擠在一起跑,動線規劃非常不好。
但是加油的鄉民很熱情,有一點田中馬的味道,感覺熱鬧程度超過今年的高雄馬
