天氣涼爽,沿路風景非常漂亮,好像置身在仙境中(到處有山嵐),加上補給豐富+充實,可達100分的評價,但唯一缺點就是魔王坡太多了..太多..陡(抖)坡..有四年未報全馬的自已,今年初就先來個震撼彈...希望沒嚇到...前半馬還可以穏定配速,後半馬(不斷的上-下坡)..XD..唉!只能轉成:跑..走..吃….這感覺也不錯唷!雖然成績沒在預定目標內完成,但跑完的舒適感,自己相當滿意及享受。總之..明年會再來的,因為我喜歡卓蘭馬賽道的景色。~讚~
