自從看見那個坡度後,已經完全放棄這場比賽
原本是想當成配速模擬的,但會把這高度拿來配速的話就是笨蛋
所以反而沒有壓力,甚至是來郊遊的
所以前面半馬就花了01:55,我哩,想說回去成績實在太難看了
後段只好加點速度,但不能高於170的心跳
還是有點難搞
反正不就是郊遊嗎很硬的郊遊><
膝蓋和大腿伸長肌長距離後還是不太爽快,平日拉筋實在太敷衍了
