今天打算用M配,至少半馬,目標30km。
雙腳股四頭在鄭老師昨天的處理,今天倒是很捧場,右腳足底就不太配合,腳掌至腳趾的張力很大,才跑到7km,踩下去就能感覺到拉扯。
跑一步痛一步,到17km覺得痛到受不了,在橋上直接停錶,打算從半馬路線直接回會場,準備拿下號碼布,迎面看到熟悉的身影,原來是好久不見的P大,P大復出了 QQ
原本表示要棄賽了,但自己大受激勵,想說慢慢跑回去就好,走了一下覺得沒問題,440還不太會痛,就這樣來到26km折返點。
前鎮謝霆鋒跟上來了,想說有伴一起跑也不錯,配速來到420以內,腳趾又開始有痛感,到27.5km正式決定跑跑走走回去就好 QQ
進終點跟P大閒聊才發現,他也有想從17km直接回終點的打算,怎麼不早點說(誤)
今天女子軍團還是很威啊,半馬女總五,還有偽初馬414,而且前一天才破10km pb,男子村民要加油啊。
