| 今年再度參加台北超馬是看可否突破去年13小時55分拿破PB紀念品,並且13.5小時內若未上凸台就可拿小金人
今天一開始狀況不錯,一直想跑6分速但壓不下來,5分40-5分55秒遊走,果然該還的還是要還,到全馬距離後天氣又熱,開始撞牆當步兵,加上主辦計圈系統及電視成績跟Garmin 里程數差了3公里心情很差(不止我,其他人也有類似問題跟大會申訴),又跟去年一樣不想跑了,後來走走吃大會中餐滷肉飯及熱湯好像能量有回來,又可跑到6分半,最後倒數時根本不知道還要跑幾圈,大會主持人改唱名最近一個百K完賽者還有1-2圈才知道快完賽了,最後Garmin 紀錄102.9公里,應該是被沒收至少3圈,這場賽事雖是容易完成百K且上凸台,但賽道擁擠,又發生計圈問題
不過比賽跟人生不就是這樣,過程不可能完美,遇到了問題還是要面對解決 賽後評分: 48H內道跑者跑出世界紀錄很不容易,但外道賽道擁擠(24H, 12H, 100K, 6H, 接力賽都在外道),且外道計圈一度當機可能有問題,電視、網站成績顯示都掛,主辦應該檢討賽事品質,應均衡考慮內道及外道跑者權益 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 130~158 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 158~178 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 178~184 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 184~195 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 195~200 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為200 點此去設定最大心率 |
