第三場全馬『阿公店全國馬拉松』
原本是計畫一年一全馬就好,但想到明年就要跳組了,年底來拼一下,有前兩次全馬肚子餓的慘痛經驗,昨天晚餐就吃了三碗白飯,早上也吃了安素+蛋糕,只是害的我跑步一直打嗝!!
今天一早天氣就覺得沒有前幾天涼,出發之後前2k先用0420熱身,之後抓0450均速前進,可能最近都跑半馬的關係,雙腳有點壓抑不住速度,都來到440-445之間,前半馬99秒,折返點後看著對向的跑者,搜尋著有無熟面孔,讓當時的雙腳忘記酸痛,就這樣依然保持440-445的速度來到39k,正當心中還在竊喜,照這個速度回去應該可以318-319的同時,那種不祥的抽痛感瞬間降臨,不~~速度直降520,後來只好退而求其次320完賽,但進步15分已心滿意足,更開心的是達到人生巔峰的分1了!!!同時也達成全馬只喝水沒吃補給的成就!!
