| 今天帶小海跑陽明山超馬63公里,一早就手忙腳亂,因爲有人這個沒帶那個沒帶,只好1公里的車上拿,結果回來時已經起跑了,只好靠運氣找小海在哪裡?一路上照7小時30分的配速策略帶,小海都離我好遠!只好沿路找附近的馬尾妹聊聊,有些傳授一下跑步經,有些只是問侯一下跟著跑一下。
折返時我跑在四位總四的前面先到 一一幫前總三拍照😆
後面回程走很大,只好跟小海漫步,然後上風櫃嘴後就一路下坡比較多,我就頭也不回的一路往下衝,結果到終點才發現小海沒跟上,只好折返去找,還好停車不遠處就看到了,就順路開車到會場附近停,剛好總一總二都很近,只可惜小海差一步就追上結果抽筋了,就只拿到女總二。
