其實這次辦得不錯,除了曲折的路線和上4次橋節奏被打亂,
還好有破4,中間23公里處肚子痛掉速,原本覺得沒辦法破4了,沒想到堅持到最後還是迎來了光明,覺得這次跑得坑坑疤疤的,完全沒配速可言,還好前面在台北市的前段有堆速度,不然跑得會很難看吧
30公里看了一下2:43,也就是說後面只要保持在6分配即可破4,但是真的很難看。
