| 起跑前已將這場賽事當做LSD來跑,堅持全程不走路,雖然遇到了腳底痛及抽筋,但假想在226時該如何排除?,幸好都一一克服也快樂完跑。或許一週一馬以賽代訓,酸痛感才不會那麼不舒服,如果回家沒被趕出去的話,下週再來去台北練一場!
