路線平緩沿途居民熱情
大會安排井然有序
比賽準備起跑前就先和主教跑到第二區待命出發大約近2K處看到2015台北馬60歲組冠軍林春福大哥
看到他在運動筆記上的好文章讓人佩服
順口和他聊上2句
他問我今天的目標
我答看能不能再跑進330
他提醒我配速要穩定目前速度太快了
我回答我知道會降速的
他又提醒我慢慢啊
好一位長者風範
看著他的背影
我也趕不上
2K處上了廁所
再跟上大家的腳步出發
沿路每個水站的民眾都好熱情的為跑著加油
跑進村莊也是
有南部熱情的民風
跑過半馬一看我的錶140
心裡想今天330應該沒問題
就跟的速度相仿的跑友一路前進
只是前輩說的對
馬拉松是30K後才開始
30K檢查時間離330還有1小時5分
但速度已經辦法保持
過了33K只剩9K離330還有50分鐘
但內心已經開始動搖
因為腳已是千金重了
馬拉松果然是項練心練體能的運動
