一開始起跑左小腿阿基里斯腱就有點異狀!
一直堅持到第13圈果然問題來了...
疼痛感延伸的範圍加大且加劇
第14圈稍微降速完成低標完賽
發覺應該沒辦法跑了...
第15圈嘗試跑走果然有點勉強...
可惜時間還剩很多
但怕硬撐受傷影響2週後的重要賽事
所以散步走了2圈做緩和收操提早收工
