太子宮風火輪路跑賽42.6K,257幸運總9完賽
賽前聽跑友說因為大選,本週賽事少
高手們全殺過來跑這場,所以乾脆休養生息不跑了
好奇上網查完參賽名單,孤陋寡聞的我,認得sub 250就1x個
不認得的應該也還有不少個
所以這禮拜四就自暴自棄,硬跟完隊上的間歇團練
昨天又跟隊上的天波團衝了5K,外加小跑散步了4K多
昨晚太座首次嘗試作手工餅乾,更是一口氣將所有的手工餅乾給clean掉
完全不管應當要適當調整飲食,反正目標就當作LSD,完跑拚分組就好
一開賽,果然身體狀況就很不佳
跟著吉雷米大大一同打氣加油死撐著跑跑
中途經過從小長大的義稠里老家、武廟,覺得十分有親切感
沿途還跑到南鯤鯓,這可是小時候夢寐以求的遊樂景點
前半程下著小雨,後半程開始下起略大的雨勢,全程十分的涼爽
也許是因為開賽沒力,所以跑得比較慢,因此後半段覺得越跑越有力
回到終點前的2個補給站都因為人太多,連水都沒補到
因此最後6K,就有點痛苦地跑著,不過還是順順地回到終點
幸運的是,可能很多高手不知是昨晚太開心
還是看到太多高手全擠到這場,就沒有現身
身體狀況不佳外加膝蓋傷約在12K左右依然又再度發作
最後幸運撿到總9,且尚可勉強保3完賽,運氣真的不錯
賽後才知道這場官方公告的距離為42.6K
換算一下42.195K大約也還保持在255左右
這在完全沒特別休息準備下,且連2週跑馬
還能保持這樣的成績,實在有點意外
賽後大會補給十分地豐盛
吃到米粉(不過這口味個人不愛)佐鴨翅魯味、牛肉(超小一塊)
豆菜麵、肉羹麵、熱湯、超辣薑母茶、油飯(只吃到一點就全沒了)
中午又回到鄰近老家鹽水飽餐意麵
不管去到什麼地方,只要打著鹽水意麵招牌的店家,總會想進去嘗鮮
但吃來吃去,還是鹽水的意麵最合個人的味口
