81KG級,體重持續下降,有助成績提升,至少對後段掉速情形影響能夠降低。
本次外在干擾因素大概就是霸王級寒流及下雨,起跑沒多久鞋子就全濕了,可以大膽的踩水,但也擔心會不會有水泡問題,幸運的到最後都沒有,反而是手套不夠保暖,下次遇到這樣的天氣,要戴防水刷毛手套,以免最後雙手失溫,連拿水杯剝香蕉都有點問題。
初馬全程採用補給站補給策略,每5KM喝水或運動飲料,每10KM吃一段香蕉,並無私補,看來此策略還是可行,25KM後每公里掉速約20~30秒,是平常練習質量還不足,倒不太像是撞牆期的感覺,以後LSD還是得常做。
初馬果然還是讓身體吃盡苦頭,賽後雖然還能走路搭公車,再走路去開車,大概多走約3KM,不過下半身該酸痛的,一樣不少,也代表身體還未完全適應全馬的衝擊,以後32KM練習要多做,剩下10KM才不會令人難受,初馬結果還在預料範圍內,天氣太冷又下雨,僅達低標,未能達成中標03:45,下次再突破了。
賽前宣言: 原定目標破4,但經歷台北馬後,開始有雄心壯志,低標為0400,高標為0330。
