| 80K對我來說應該是可以接受的距離~
不過這場跑完後有不同的看法~
上周的小小山路73K右腳就有點怪怪的~
沒想到今天的山路加平路在40K左右我的右腳itb發作了..
之後只能靠左腳掰咖跑..我問阿苗以前有沒有跑的時候腳往後踢高會痛~她說很久以前會,我跟她說我以前都不會這樣,這應該是第二次,比上禮拜還嚴重..
後來平路只能跑跑走走,上坡還可以跑..下坡就掰咖跑..
不過跑到後來後腳有好點了,也許是腦內啡開始作用了..
