差一點掛掉的一場….丹大~~
上週80K的洗禮…..右腳背外側輕微的疲勞性骨折….
休息5天後~~大致復原….一次自主8K卻因為跑姿不良(因為會刻意避開骨折的外側)…傷到右腳踝內側….
忐忑不安的心情上場…
前20K似乎還能順順跑….只是不敢加速!!!
後面20-30K...腳開始痛起來….靠噴劑~~維持基本跑步功能
折返後的我~~胃突然劇痛…..非常非常痛….
一跑就痛…..整個胃刺痛…整片的痛...痛到無法挺直身軀....
只能彎著腰….咬緊牙根….跑多少算多少…..
中途吞2種不同作用機轉的胃藥….還是依然好痛!!!
一度跟黃大哥說….好想放棄…..
卻在回程的路上…. 哭著說~~我還想跑!!!!!
還記得在倒數第三個補給站….
騎單車的裁判…一直一直盯著我……
問我:還好嗎???.....我擠出笑容回答著….還好!!!!
裁判大哥還是不放心….仍然緊盯著我~~
我只好佯裝拿顆小饅頭....開心地吃著……這時~~裁判大哥才露出似乎放心的臉神~~
我想…當時我的臉色應該很慘吧!!!!
(ps:我不想認輸…..我怕表明自己的不適…會被載回終點….我想靠自己的力量…回去!!)
這場賽事…..我很痛苦….痛苦指數遠遠勝於上週的80k
我檢討自己…
(1) 80k賽後…身體尚未恢復
(2) 80k賽後…流失的體重…尚未努力補回
(3) 80k賽後…忽略了胃痛的老毛病….沒有規律服藥
我想…備戰南橫~~我要好好休息+好好吃藥了!!!
