跑完不只雙膝硬化連背部都硬化了...
根據規劃8:30起跑不用太早起、氣溫15-20度、陰天、雙腳沒有大狀況,根本就是完美中的完美,感覺這場馬應該是在非常愉快輕鬆,沒想到...氣象預報又不準了。
一大早就晴空萬里,還沒起跑就開始流汗,起跑後跟著長長的人龍進入1公里的市區道路接著轉進山區,這樣密集的人龍大概到5公里後才稍微散開,剛剛好把速度壓在7~8分速熱身。熱身完畢人龍退散,加一點速度用6-7分速繼續上坡,跑著跑著還挺想念巴拉卡公路的,一樣是長長的上坡,巴拉卡真的比這雙溪要涼快多了,沿路幾乎沒有遮蔭,一直覺得自己快被烤熟,經過折返點後開始感覺到疲累,啟動心率熔斷機制,達到170就變步兵,降到150再開始跑...就這樣跑跑走走撐到最後5公里下坡,這時感覺膝蓋旁的四頭肌已經沒有抽筋感覺,就放膽用5分速下山,順利回到終點。不過進終點後上背部卻抽筋了XXD。
