45K限時10小時,毫無策略沒有準備任何能量補給,只求關門前回的了終點站就好。
開跑後選手速度偏快稍微有點被影響也跟著人群稍微加速到5分尾6分初,大約在6k左右就開始不太想跑了(蝦毀? 我不想跑的心情也太快了吧 不到10K耶 這像話嗎?只怪自己平時練習量不夠) 調整到6分半比較適合自己的的速度繼續前進,沿途經過的大哥會與我聊天,問我甚麼職業?跑幾馬了?然後分享跑馬心得,這些大哥多半是軍職人員、老師、公職,也有爸爸參加賽事,順便帶著全家人來台東遊玩.....這些人、事讓我在跑步途中不至於太無聊 (無法一直欣賞山景5小時)
因為有折返與賽道重疊讓我能與飛快的強者擦肩,從汲汲營營的求勝利專注眼神、痛苦表情...(白話文就是大便臉的神情),到後面遠方開始歡樂的喊著我的名字,尖叫與歡呼加油聲,很溫暖! 這是在這場賽事中發現有趣的畫面。後來我跟著一位大姊跑,她的速度很快很容易超越我,並且可以海放我大概100-200公尺,但她進補幾停留時間較長,我用自己的速度皆會在補給區追上她,這樣一前一後,持續了至少3個補給攤,後來她在補給站拉筋我對她喊聲加油回到賽道上後,她就沒再追上來了(我的浮木漂走了)
里程默默地來到34K,人潮退去眼前能看到的除了美景外就剩三位男生,跑者在視野下大概有500+公尺遠,這時的我其實已經不想跑的心理極度猶豫是否要開始走路慢慢逛南橫花園回去,後來想到Judy跟小毅說:「盡量不要走慢慢跑就對了」,我堅持著跑著,掏出Judy在賽前送我的威德(天啊~~太感謝有這包威德!因為百無聊賴有這個支持著是小確幸),後面就用簡單一句話帶過 「撐回終點」------------
這次的均速6:50 比上次高雄馬7:01少了11秒
心得: 超馬有心要跑好 只有一個秘訣就是充足的練習
