涼爽適合跑步的好天氣,而剛好在跑馬的這段期間都没有下雨
這場前30K跑得還算滿意,38K以後還是照例有明顯掉速情形,没辦法練習量不足(LSD練太少了),跑步只有累積没有奇跡,能維持平盤已經很滿足了
這場比賽距離多了快1K,所以實際上應該算有跑進3:25吧,另外女王大人今天也順利完成初馬,成績5:14,比我預期5:30快了不少!
