新北市芷婷 今日蘆竹濱海馬拉松,起跑溫度15度,是很舒服的天氣,希望今日能破自己的pb,甚至在家鄉馬拿下一座獎座。
一到會場,先去南天向劉仁釗大哥打招呼,今日是他慶祝百馬團。開始起跑,和女總輩的于清、姍姍姊排在一起,也遇見蘆慢的輝哥,閒聊一下後就準備開始起跑了。
今日的狀況還算可以,前30k都還開到5:30~5:40,即使進水站都還能維持不錯的速度,但是到了30之後,開始有些掉速,也hold不住六分速,離自己想要破四的成績也有段距離了,至少要破世外桃園4:25的成績,希望能守住4:15,但最後還是不行。至少我已盡力。
今日很謝謝在場的志工,LDS愛桃跑在第四水站,經過時,謝謝大家的鼓勵,男哥大聲的加油,真是太感謝了,也謝謝愛桃跑的志工們鍋神、發川、好奇、顏老等人。還有大竹團的德哥、J神、官哥、光哥、彥霖、小巫,以及在馬場上互相加油的跑友嗎,雖然最後以女總六,女丙組分一,也是開心小破PB。
後來領完獎,在會場閒晃等待南天劉仁釗大哥的百馬團進場,此時已換穿Y拖,就跟著跑進終點,穿Y拖跑個二K,感覺還不錯,或許有機會可以練Y拖~哈哈。恭喜仁釗哥百馬完賽。
