夜奔半馬,狀況很差,肌肉僵硬一點彈性也沒有,鞋子已換回莎扣尼公路鞋,有緩衝下和赤足鞋相差很大,速度無法提升肌肉疲累比較有關,10k左右開始下起雨來,於是捨棄PU跑道,改跑外圍道路,賽前希望能將狀況調整到最佳,A~希望啦!😂😂😂
